These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and YippeeBates ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the YippeeBates website, platform, and cashback services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service — including by creating an account, clicking any affiliate link, or requesting a cashback payout — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
These Terms incorporate by reference our Privacy Policy, Cashback Terms & Conditions, and Affiliate Disclosure, each of which is available on this website and forms part of this agreement.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. YippeeBates reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet these requirements.
You must create an account to participate in the cashback program. You agree to:
You may only create one (1) account per person. Duplicate accounts will be terminated and any associated cashback balances forfeited. YippeeBates reserves the right to reject account applications or suspend accounts at its sole discretion.
YippeeBates operates as an affiliate marketing platform. We maintain relationships with third-party advertisers and affiliate networks — including CJ Affiliate, Impact, AWIN, and MaxBounty — through which we earn commissions when Members complete qualifying actions through our affiliate links, such as purchasing a product, signing up for an account, or completing an application.
When a qualifying transaction is successfully tracked and confirmed by the relevant affiliate network and advertiser, YippeeBates credits a portion of the commission earned to your account as "cashback." Cashback amounts are displayed on individual offer pages and are subject to change without notice.
CRITICAL NOTICE: Cashback is contingent upon successful tracking and confirmation from our advertising partners. YippeeBates does not guarantee that any cashback will be awarded for any particular transaction. The crediting of cashback to your account is subject to conditions outside of our direct control, including the actions of third-party affiliate networks and advertisers.
Cashback may not be awarded if:
Cashback balances shown in your dashboard are estimates until they reach "Approved" status. Pending cashback may be reversed at any time prior to approval.
The minimum cashback balance required to request a payout is $10.00. Balances below this threshold accumulate until the threshold is reached.
Payouts are currently processed via Venmo and Square Cash. You must have a valid account with the selected payout provider. YippeeBates reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue payout methods at any time.
Payout requests are processed manually. Please allow up to 10 business days after submitting a request. YippeeBates is not responsible for delays caused by the payout provider.
Most cashback transactions require a verification period of 30 to 90 days from the transaction date. Cashback will not be available for payout until it reaches "Approved" status.
You are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local tax obligations arising from cashback payouts. YippeeBates does not withhold taxes. Payouts meeting applicable IRS thresholds may be reported on Form 1099-MISC or equivalent.
Cashback balances in accounts inactive for more than 24 consecutive months, or in accounts terminated for violations of these Terms, are subject to forfeiture.

YippeeBates reserves the right to investigate suspected violations, terminate accounts, forfeit cashback balances, and pursue legal remedies where appropriate.
All offers featured on YippeeBates are subject to availability and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without prior notice, at the sole discretion of YippeeBates or the applicable advertiser or affiliate network. Cashback amounts, eligibility requirements, and offer terms may change between the time you view an offer and the time you complete a transaction.
YippeeBates makes no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of offer information. You are responsible for verifying current offer terms directly with the advertiser prior to completing any transaction.
The YippeeBates website, platform, brand, logo, content, and all associated intellectual property are owned by or licensed to YippeeBates and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any YippeeBates content without express written permission.
Third-party brand names, trademarks, and logos appearing on the platform belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only. Such use does not imply endorsement of YippeeBates by those brands.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE. YIPPEEBATES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT ANY CASHBACK WILL BE AWARDED FOR ANY PARTICULAR TRANSACTION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL YIPPEEBATES, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF CASHBACK, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL YIPPEEBATES'S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE TOTAL CASHBACK CREDITED TO YOUR ACCOUNT IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100.00, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YippeeBates and its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including advertiser terms; or (d) any fraudulent activity by you.
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact YippeeBates at support@yippeebates.com and attempt to resolve the matter informally. We will have 30 days to respond. If not resolved within 30 days, either party may proceed to arbitration.
Except as set forth below, any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively through final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS (jamsadr.com) under its applicable rules, conducted by a single arbitrator. The arbitrator's award shall be in writing and final.
YOU AND YIPPEEBATES EACH AGREE THAT CLAIMS MAY ONLY BE BROUGHT IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any class or representative proceeding.
Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened harm pending arbitration. Small claims court actions within applicable monetary limits are also exempt.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. For matters not subject to arbitration, you consent to exclusive jurisdiction in state and federal courts in Hillsborough County, Florida.
YippeeBates reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause or notice, including if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support@yippeebates.com. Upon termination:
Sections 10, 11, 12, and 13 survive termination of these Terms.
YippeeBates reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered Members of material changes by email and/or by posting a notice on the platform. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
